The unit has a large bedroom with a king bed en-suite shower room and a big walk in closet. There is a further two small double bedrooms with either two single beds or one large king bed that share a family bathroom.

The Sitting room has a large double sofa bed. Full central heating throughout with a fire place. Large TV with full SKY & DVD player plus Xbox One(S). High Speed WiFi throughout.
A beautiful kitchen with everything you need to prepare family meals, featuring a double oven, large fridge freezer and a full size dishwasher.

If Molland Manor B&B is open and the owners present you will also have access to the public rooms at all times, the Orangery honesty bar with 80 inch Sky TV plus BT sports, pool/snooker table, Xbox One(S) Use of the laundry room.
